Rachel Reeves Labour Member of Parliament for Leeds West
Together with the Alzheimer’s Society I’m hosting a Dementia Friends Session. This will be a one hour information session to help raise awareness of the small everyday things that could make a difference to people living with dementia. It is so important that we all help increase the understanding of what it feels like to have dementia, so that those who suffer from it can feel understood and included in the community.
The event will be on Friday 8th April, at 10-11.30 (a forty-five minute session + time for tea/coffee and to hear about the Alzheimer’s Society’s local services). At Lancasterian School Room, Low Moor Side Lane, New Farnley, LS12 5AA.
Please confirm your attendance by emailing: leo.verity@alzheimers.org.uk or rachel.reeves.mp@parliament.uk or calling: 07483 925939
Everyone is welcome.
