Road Safety Campaign update

Following a number of serious accidents along Leeds and Bradford Road and Broad Lane in Bramley, Rachel and Bramley's Labour Councillors have been speaking to local residents to see what positive steps can be taken to make the roads safer for local families.

The team delivered hundreds of surveys to local residents and over two thirds of people who have responded want to see action taken to make the road safer.

Surveys are still coming in, and you can still respond via: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/DVFLLBK

Commenting on the results so far, Rachel said "There have been too many accidents along Leeds and Bradford Road and Broad Lane in Bramley in recent months. Local people are rightly concerned about speeding and dangerous driving.

Over two thirds of local people who responded to my survey want to see something done to reduce speeding and dangerous driving. I will be taking these results to the Council and making sure they are fully aware of the need for action."
