Rachel Supports Royal British Legion

Rachel visited Swinnow Morrisons this month to sell poppies in support of the Royal British Legion and raise awareness of the Bramley War Memorial campaign. Rachel was joined by Bramley & Stanningley ward local Council candidate Kevin Ritchie and Frances Barker from the British Legion.

Rachel said:

"It was fantastic to be able to spend some time selling poppies for the Royal British Legion. It is a wonderful cause and it is important we never forget those who served. It was lovely to see so many people buying and wearing poppies and I hope we also raised greater awareness of the Bramley War Memorial campaign too."
