This weekend Rachel attended an event at Bramley Shopping Centre organised by the West Leeds Debt Forum. The event promoted credit unions and featured Leeds Rhino’s star Jamie Jones-Buchanan.

Information was provided on how to join credit unions, along with face painting for children. Paper ‘chains of debt’ were made by children from Bramley Primary School.

Rachel has consistently promoted credit unions, and spoken out against illegal loan sharking.
