Rachel Reeves Labour Member of Parliament for Leeds West
COVID-19 Update
Following on from yesterday’s announcement by the Government, Leeds now has additional restrictions.
This is due to a large increase of COVID-19 cases across the city and across all groups of people – including students.
What this means for you
There are now restrictions on indoor household mixing. Households are unable to meet other households in their homes or gardens.
It is strongly advised that you do not socialize with other households in any other public venues such as restaurants, pubs and shops.
This is in addition to the new rules set out by the Government earlier this week, including the 10pm closure of hospitality venues, and increased fines.
What you can do to curb the risk
Download the NHS Test and Trace App as soon as possible.
If you or a household member has symptoms, self isolate, and book a test by following the link www.nhs.uk/coronavirus or by
calling 119.
Continue to observe social distancing, wash your hands regularly and wear a mask when required to.
My office will be continuing to work remotely, if you need any assistance or have any questions please do get in touch on 0113 255 2311 or at Rachel.reeves.mp@parliament.uk.
