Can you help Bramley Credit Union?

Bramley Credit Union is a small not-for-profit operation, offering savings opportunities and small low-cost loans to local people. It is entirely staffed by unpaid volunteers from the community. Unlike commercial banks, all profits are returned to their savers.

They are a vital resource in Bramley, where it is extremely difficult for the average person to get a bank loan - many don't even have a bank account. High cost lenders, loan sharks and doorstep lenders are becoming more and more active in the area.

Bramley Credit Union currently needs more volunteers to help out for just a couple of hours each week, assisting at their collection point and data inputting.

If you have any time to help and would like to get involved in this great local organisation, please contact Sally McHale on 07976492945.
