These two local champions volunteered time over the Easter Weekend and the VE Day Bank Holiday Weekend to make food for local older people, cooking up roast dinners and cream teas.

They are worthy winners who give their time and energy to support and help others, often people they have never even met. I’m hoping they’ll display their certificate in pride of place, next to Craig’s framed photo of Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa!
