I am very disappointed by the decision made by Leeds City Council which granted a licence to a lap dancing club in Leeds city centre.

The lap dancing club will be located at the former Townhouse venue.

The club as well as been located near the Corn Exchange is also located very close to family restaurants and apartment buildings and is not appropriate for such a location.

I have urged Leeds City Council to step up their efforts to prevent any future applications from being approved.
