Last Friday, Rachel met with disability campaigners at a Building Disability Confidence event in Bradford.

She joined speakers including Simon Weston OBE and Elaine Draper, the Head of Accessibility and Inclusion at Barclays at the meeting to talk about the huge importance of helping disabled people access to the job market, and the considerable barriers that currently prohibit some disabled people from gaining employment.

Rachel also spoke about how it is vital that we break down barriers to ensure that no-one misses out on the incredible talents, experience and skills which disabled people have.
